Think Turkish eggs (among all other types) alongside continental dishes such as Salmong & Avocado on sourdough to start the day, before moving on to plates of mezze served as a ceremonial centrepiece with warm bread, home-baked pide and gozleme, all paired with a natural Middle Eastern wine menu, when it comes to evening.
