It does sound a little too perfect, but we promise it’s real! No points, no hoops, just instant savings on hotels, food, and drinks. Become a Dis-loyalty member and you’ll get access to your benefits as soon as you sign-up. No earning points or waiting for rewards. If you’re doing the maths, that means you could save €260 a year on coffee if you come in only once a week — and even more if you come 365 days of the year. And that’s before you save 20% on a night in London. Or get 10% off dinner in Paris. Or 50% off a week in Dubai. Or… well, you get the idea.

No. While we don’t like playing favourites, you will need to book through dis-loyalty.com or our app with our fully flexible rates in order to benefit from Dis-loyalty’s discount. You, therefore, cannot use it in conjunction with any other promotions found elsewhere, bookings made somewhere else, or in conjuction with other schemes in which our brands might be included.

Unfortunately not. Your membership is just for you and you'll need to show your valid Membership card when redeeming your benefits and be present for the full stay. But if someone else would like to become a member, send them our way to sign up.

Yes, you can purchase The Dis-loyalty Gift Card here, giving a year of our travel and food discounts so your friend or loved one can do more things, see more places, and live a more interesting life. As gifts go, it doesn't get better than that.

You need to be a member in order to unlock the Dis-loyalist benefits and book on dis-loyalty.com or our app at least 4 days in advance. Discounts cannot be applied to bookings made somewhere else and are based on the best flexible rate (room rate only) with no prepayment required.

Yes. To make any amendments please contact hello@dis-loyalty.com or the hotel directly with your booking reference and request. Any amendments will be subject to availability and Terms & Conditions.

All Dis-loyalty bookings are fully flexible with no pre-payment. Our lifestyle hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in (based on local time). Resort policies may vary, so it’s always worth double-checking. After this, you’ll be charged 1 night's stay.

You'll get 50% off your first stay at a newly opened hotel during its first three months of opening. If you head to any other hotel of in the Dis-loyalty Collective, you will benefit from 20% off the first time you stay. Want to go back and experience the same hotel again? You will get for 10% off every return stay, no matter how many times you book.

You can book up to two rooms. The first room will be at the highest discount available for your stay (either 50% or 10%) and the second will be at 10% discount. Keep in mind that the Member must stay for the entire duration of your stay. If you are travelling in a larger group and your friends or family want to take advantage of similar savings, they can always sign up - remember the average saving in one booking is more than the cost of the annual Membership!

Just remember to confirm the outlet’s participation ahead, show your digital membership card when you arrive and also before you ask for the bill. While it doesn’t include takeaway, the mini bar, room service or meeting and event spaces, in our humble opinion a drink always tastes better when you’ve had to walk more than the 3 steps from your bed to the fridge.

All Dis-loyalty memberships are a 12-month commitment. You have 14 days to change your mind, after that you will need to pay the remainder of your membership no matter when you choose to cancel it. Note that any future bookings will be automatically cancelled once your membership ends. You will be able to process your membership cancellation via the web or app in ‘My Account’ section, clicking on the ‘Amend or cancel your subscription’ button, or by emailing us at support@dis-loyalty.com. For subscriptions made through the App, cancellations requests must be done through the App Store (Apple/Google).

To make any amendments please head to the 'Account' section, where you will be able to manage these yourself. If you are facing any issues logging-in, please contact us via email at hello@dis-loyalty.com or via live chat.

Yes. Your membership renews automatically on an annual rolling basis — subject to our terms and conditions — but you will be informed 30 days in advance. With all the savings you'll have made, we’re sure you’ll want to stick around.
