To use the membership benefit all bookings must be made through dis-loyalty.com — as such any existing or future bookings made elsewhere will not be able to benefit from the Dis-loyalty discounts. All bookings made through dis-loyalty.com have the benefits automatically applied. This is the one time we want you to stick to a certain way of doing things.
Depending on whether you choose to pay monthly or annually, this differs. For monthly payments, your membership starts and your first payment is deducted when you sign up. For annual payments, the full amount is charged when you sign up.

Unfortunately not. Your membership is just for you and you'll need to show your valid Membership card when redeeming your benefits. But if someone else would like to become a member, send them our way to sign up. Dogs, on the other hand, are welcome in most of our hotels — and can even join you in your room.
No, your membership card will be digital-only and is easily accessible via the dis-loyalty.com website for anytime you need to show it when redeeming your benefits. We thought we’d save you space in your wallet.

Being a Dis-loyalist is a one-year minimum. You can cancel your membership at any time (though, after what we’ve just discussed, why would you?), but (if you cancel later than 14 days after your membership starts or renews) you would need to pay the remainder of your membership no matter when you choose to cancel it. No. Our 20% off first-time stay discount applies to the first time you book at each and every one of our 90+ hotels in The Dis-loyalty Collective after signing up. Your stay history doesn’t follow you to your membership, so you can pretend it’s your first time at The Hoxton, Paris or Mama Shelter LA (or anywhere else) with 20% off your stay. We won’t tell.
Don’t be cheeky; if you’ve visited a just-opened hotel using your 50% discount, that also counts as your first-time stay. If you want to head back there to experience the hotel all over again, you’ll have access to your 10% discount, always.
If you miss out on staying at new hotel during the first 3 months of opening, you can still use your first-time stay discount of 20% whenever you visit — there is no time limit on this.
There are no restrictions on when you can stay or which rooms you can book — just as long as there is availability at the hotel and you book on dis-loyalty.com at least 7-days in advance. The discounts apply to all 90+ hotels in the Dis-loyalty Collective based on the best flexible rate (hotel room rate only), before you choose any extras. Only one room can be booked per member and that member must be a guest.
All bookings should be made online through dis-loyalty.com to receive the benefit of your membership — this is the only way to get your discount when booking a stay with us.
As soon as new properties join The Dis-loyalty Collective and are ready to book with the 50% discount, you’ll be the first to know via our emails and social media channels. But remember, the 50% discount will only apply for the first 3 months from the opening of any new hotel.
Unlike many other programmes, there are no blackout dates — meaning you can book any available room at all the hotels within The Dis-loyalty Collective on any dates, subject to availability. You’ll just need to do so at least 7 days in advance of your stay.

With all bookings on dis-loyalty.com, there is no pre-payment required. This is because our discounts are on the hotels’ Best Flexible Rates, to allow for maximum flexibility in case of any unforeseen changes. It’s worth noting that while some lower rates may be available elsewhere, they will likely require some form of pre-payment when booking, a minimum length of stay, restricted dates, or will be non-refundable — we don’t want to tie you down with all that. To cancel any bookings simply navigate to your Bookings section. To make any amendments please contact hello@dis-loyalty.com with your booking reference and request. All cancellations and changes will be subject to availability and Terms & Conditions.
This depends on when you’re trying to cancel your booking; as all Dis-loyalty bookings are fully flexible with no pre-payments, we allow cancellations at least 24 hours ahead of check-in time with no charge (with the exception of SLS Baha Mar and SO/ Maldives, which only allow free cancellations at least 72 hours in advance). After this time, you’ll be charged 1 night's stay.
The hotel team will help you if they can, however they may direct you back to dis-loyalty.com or Membership Services if your request is better handled there.
There are two rooms bookable per member, with the second one always at 10% off, but the member has to be staying for the duration - so bigger groups will require more than one membership. If your friends or family would like to benefit from similar savings, they can always sign up.
Our 10% off food and drink discount applies to the total bill for tables of up to 6 people, or drinks-only orders of up to 6 drinks — and no, you don’t have to be staying at our hotels to use it. The discount applies to all restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in The Dis-loyalty Collective — that you can discover on dis-loyalty.com. Just remember to confirm the Outlet’s participation ahead of booking, show your digital membership card when you arrive and also before you ask for the bill. While it doesn’t include the mini bar, room service or meeting and event spaces in our humble opinion a drink always tastes better when you’ve had to walk more than the 3 steps from your bed to the fridge.

For example, if there are two members present, this discount would be valid for tables of up to 12 people. Talk about making a meal of it.

While it doesn’t include the mini bar, room service or meeting and event spaces, we’d hazard a guess that taking a short stroll to our restaurants might just be worth it.
Absolutely not, you can use your 10% off benefit as many times as you’d like per day. We’d encourage you to try everything on the menu at least once.

No hotel stay required, but it is sit-in only. So, grab a seat and relax with a free drink whether on holiday or in your hometown — just remember to show the server your digital membership card when asking for the bill.
Your free daily drink goes beyond just tea and coffee. It includes all barista-made drinks, such as coffees, teas, hot chocolates, iced coffees, and more. The drinks can vary by property and location, and are subject to availability and Outlet equipment. There may be some exceptions depending on the requirements of each outlet. Just don’t order your usual.
Besides the fact that grabbing a takeaway coffee is the stuff routine is made of, our coffee shops are far more than a stop-off to another place (and offer far more than just coffee!), so we want you to take a seat and enjoy your drink. What’s the rush?
While we cannot guarantee this, each of our venues will happily oblige if there is a non-dairy alternative available. Drinks can vary by Outlet and location, and are subject to availability and outlet equipment.
Absolutely; whether it’s your first of the day or the last of the evening after dinner, your free barista-made drink can be combined with any other food and drink orders (as long as you haven’t already claimed it that day, of course).

While you can't sign up through our app, you will have access to your ID, account information, and bookings, and the ability to book stays and restaurants, and browse new destinations once you are logged in.
