Look closely and you’ll see fluorescent illuminations sneaking through the bedroom curtains as a beacon for its playfulness.

Once you enter through London’s tallest revolving doors, be prepared to marvel at famed designer Phillippe Starck’s dramatic welcome area, where he’s tampered with perceptions of scale - ceiling-scraping vases of flowers, tiny molar chairs (yes, chairs that look like teeth), and outsized chess pieces. Ascend to your room, and you’ll find gleaming white lacquer and etched glass surfaces. And those fluorescent lights that lured you in? You can illuminate your room in a variety of LED colours from a bedside control panel.
