Rendezvous
Copenhagen
A celebration of the city's creative cocktail culture.
Rendezvous is where cocktails are considered an art form. Helmed by Michael Sigaard-Pedersen, a legend on the Danish bar scene with awards to prove it, the bar showcases an unwavering belief in creativity, quality, curiosity, and good company.
Located in the heart of the city, just a few steps behind the historic Rundetårn, there’s a reason it’s called Rendezvous. It’s the perfect meeting point for everything from first dates to catch-ups with old friends, fuelled by classic cocktails with inventive modern flourishes. You can’t help but feel with the Americano Beauty - a signature cocktail based on Campari with subtle flavors of cognac and mandarin, balanced by red bianco vermouth and black walnut, then topped carbonated hibiscus tea and pink grapefruit juice. Who wouldn’t have something to talk about after one of those?
Why we love it
The food: It's all about the cocktails here
The drink: Award-winning cocktails focusing on Danish spirits, rum, and vermouth
The vibe: Easy sophistication in a historic 19th-century building

Where you'll be
Indre By
Located in the heart of Copenhagen, the 25hours Hotel Indre By’s 19th-century building once housed a porcelain factory, and was later used as a university building. Its background in craft and academia has been brought back to life in the hotel’s design, which infuses Scandinavian design with a playful and whimsical charm.
Centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street, it’s an ideal base from which to explore the immensely walkable metropolis. You’re just a short stroll away from the King’s Garden, Rosenborg Castle, and Ørstedsparken, as well as a treasure trove of boutiques and vintage stores.
