Proof on Main
Louisville
A love-letter to the Ohio River Valley, making the most of rich local bounty.
Open all day from breakfast to dinner, Proof on Main is a cosy neighbourhood spot for locals and visitors alike.
In the heart of downtown Louisville on the historic Museum Row, Proof on Main serves up locally-sourced fare in creative yet approachable fashion. Many heritage meats come sourced from Woodland Farm, located just outside of Louisville, and owned by 21c co-founders Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown.
Breakfast standouts include the Proof on Main Breakfast Sandwich and Farm Egg Frittata, while favourite can’t-miss dishes from the dinner menu include the famous Charred Octopus, Frondosa Mushrooms, and the Proof Bison Burger.
Equally impressive are the drinks, consistently ranked as one of the best bourbon bars in the country. Featuring housemade juices, shrubs, and tinctures, the menu contains creative and inventive cocktails dreamed up by Proof’s very own bar team.

Where you'll be
Downtown
A striking hotel and contemporary art museum located on historic Main Street in Louisville, 21c Museum Hotel has ever-changing exhibitions on view, from reimagined 19th century bourbon and tobacco warehouses. Nestled in the heart of Museum Row, it’s easy to explore the rest of the local scene like the Kentucky Museum of Contemporary Art, Louisville Slugger Museum, and the Frazier History Museum.
Set amongst distillery outposts like Michter’s, Bardstown Bourbon Company, Evan Williams, and more, 21c and Proof on Main are also right in the gateway to the Urban Bourbon trail. Spend a relaxing afternoon visiting Louisville’s vast park systems designed by Frederick Law Olmstead (co-designer of Central Park in NYC), shopping local produce from across the Bluegrass region at weekend farmer’s markets, or enjoying live music, food trucks, and craft beer at one of Louisville’s many pop-up vintage + flea markets.
