NENI
Cologne
Embracing the friendly chaos of a communal feast, with European-inflected Israeli fare.
A family business in more ways than one, NENI (named after Haya Molcho’s sons Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv, and Ilan) bridges Levantine street food with Russian, Moroccan, Spanish, German, and Austrian influences — to just name a few.
Designed to be eaten Balagan, or family style, its menu is best when flavours and textures mingle: sample the addictive mezze, but leave room for hearty mains and irresistible sweets to finish. Bring friends and family for lunch or dinner and embrace the friendly chaos of a communal feast.
Why we love it
The food: Levantine classics, made to be enthusiastically shared
The drink: Beers and aperitifs aplenty, alongside zesty homemade iced teas and lemonades
The vibe: Airy and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows, a sun-dappled terrace, and impeccable views of Cologne

Where you'll be
Gereons-Viertel
A study in retro-futurism with plenty of eclectic charm, 25hours Hotel The Circle is located in a spectacular rotunda in the heart of Cologne. You're a stroll away from the Cologne Cathedral, the Kolumba Museum, the Ludwig Museum, and the banks of the Rhine.
Headed by interior designer Werner Aisslinger, the Berlin-based creative team Studio Aisslinger reimagined the listed building’s interiors to reflect a playful contemporary take on late-modernist West German utopian style.
