Named after the historic hotel, the Metropole, that used to occupy the building, the restaurant puts its own spin on classic American dishes – think roasted duck breast with pickled pomegranates and calamari crusted with cornmeal.

Paying homage to local and seasonal ingredients, Metropole works closely with sustainable local farmers and producers, often highlighting the potentials of undervalued ingredients. Swing by the bar for drinks pre or post-meal for some expertly crafted cocktails and sample the area's local bourbons and ryes.
