Head to the roof of The Hoxton, Vienna and you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d gone back in time to 1950s Havana. Cayo Coco is a fun and relaxed rooftop bar inspired by the golden age of travel to Cuba. Tropical interiors saffron-hued corridor, and red and black checkerboard floor lead you into the main restaurant, which is dressed with bespoke rattan furniture to boot. Then it’s out to the terrace for near 360-degree views over the city – and even all the way out to the Austrian Alps – for lounging, drink in hand, by the pool.
