A vibrant Italian steakhouse, Carna is the showcase for the skill and passion of the legendary butcher, Dario Cecchini. Cecchini brings the food from his home village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany to bear on a waste-eliminating nose-to-tail concept that celebrates all cuts of meat - from Porterhouse to chuck and costata di manzo.
Once you’ve tucked into the finest cuts, there’s only one thing for it - the sharing size tiramisu. It’s what the Italians would do, after all.
