Brought to life by award-winning LA-based Studio Carter, Mondrian Singapore Duxton is imbued with a philosophy of ‘deconstructed shophouse chic’. It recognises the narrow, brightly coloured terraced houses that are so emblematic of Singapore’s architectural heritage and reinvents them, in the only way a progressive, forward-thinking Mondrian can.

Inside, the hotel continues to push guests to discover something new, taking them on a journey of artistic discovery throughout. Multidisciplinary artworks curated in collaboration with Artling feature both emerging and established artists specifically selected for the element of surprise they create. SOFTlab’s installation, Crystallized, in Christina’s restaurant, is a spectacular kaleidoscopic lantern that emits different qualities of light throughout the day. Candlelit restaurants just won’t cut it at Mondrian.
