About the role:

TikTok is one of our fastest-growing channels, and we’re looking for a plugged-in freelance creator who lives and breathes the platform to work with us 2 days a week, take it to the next level, and make travel entertaining and unskippable through the Dis-loyalty lens.
The role is to start immediately.
What you’ll do in the role:
Strategic development: Define unique and ownable direction for Dis-loyalty on the channel.
Content ideation & creation: Research, script, film, and edit original TikTok-first content with at least 3x posts per week across Feed and Stories, in alignment with our overarching marketing calendar, key commercial, cultural and brand moments.
Trend-spotting: Identify, adapt, and leverage trending formats while refining our niche in travel, entertainment, and hospitality content.
On-site filming: Capture content across Dis-loyalty hotels and events
Team alignment: Work closely with the Marketing Team to align on monthly themes, and key messaging, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across channels.
Content scheduling & community management: Actively engage with comments, DMs, and related accounts; track what our properties are posting and surface relevant brand-native opportunities.
Performance tracking: Monitor analytics, measure KPIs, and proactively suggest content pivots.
Talent sourcing: Monitor and pitch TikTok creators that fit our brand universe for collaborations.
Paid support: Manage TikTok Promote campaigns to maximise reach of hero content.
What we’re looking for:
Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Proven experience creating engaging, high-performing TikTok content (portfolio required).
Culturally tuned-in and passionate about travel, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
A self-starter with strong organisational skills and creative and fun ideas.
Highly collaborative, receptive to feedback, and adaptable to last-minute content pivots, with a strong grasp of the brand DNA.
Based in London, able to attend office periodically and capture content on property.
Availability: 2 days/week
