This page sets out the Promotion Terms applicable to each Promotion made available to Members of Dis-loyalty from time to time. These Promotion Terms form part of, and are incorporated by reference, into the Terms. By participating in any Promotion listed below, you agree to be bound by the Terms and the Promotion Terms applicable to that Promotion.

Each Promotion listed on this page is separate, and the Promotion Terms for one Promotion do not apply to any other Promotion. Please read the Promotion Terms for the relevant Promotion carefully before participating.

1. The Big Dis-loyal Sale

Our Big Dis-loyal Stays sale (the “Big Dis-loyal Sale”) runs from 21 October 2025 to 3 December 2025 inclusive (the “Big Dis-loyal Sale Period”).

Each eligible hotel will have different stay dates available between 25 October 2025 and 31 March 2026 inclusive (each a “Big Dis-loyal Offer Period”, as applicable). For further information concerning our hotels and the different available Big Dis-loyal Offer Periods, please see our Website or the App.

This Big Dis-loyal Sale is available exclusively to Members.

Members can get the following discounts when booking within the applicable Big Dis-loyal Offer Period:

• forty percent (40%) off the Best Flexible Rate for stays at participating: 21c Museum Hotels; 25hours Hotels; Hyde; Mama Shelter; Mondrian; Our Habitas; Morgans Originals, SLS (except SLS Playa Mujeres, All-Inclusive); SO/; and

• thirty-five percent (35%) off the Best Flexible Rate for stays at participating: Rixos; All-Inclusive properties (including SLS Playa Mujeres),

(the “Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate”).

Members must book their stay on the Website or the App, where they will also find full details of the Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate for each of the hotels.

‎

Bookings must be made during the Big Dis-loyal Sale Period and at least four (4) days in advance of the first night of any stay.

‎

Whilst the number of bookings that a Member can make during the Big Dis-loyal Sale Period is unlimited, the Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate is limited to a maximum of two (2) rooms per Member during the same stay dates.

Cancellation of a booking follows the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel.

‎

Minimum length-of-stay requirements apply as follows:

• a two (2)-night minimum stay at all hotels during the Big Dis-loyal Offer period; and

• a four (4)-night minimum stay at all hotels where the Member’s booking commences between 29 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

‎

Any part of a booking that is outside of the applicable Big Dis-loyal Offer Period will be charged at the relevant standard Member Rate.

‎

Any amendments to a booking made after the close of the relevant Big Dis-loyal Sale Period will not be made at the Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate. Any such amendments will be at the available Member Rate.

Requests to shorten bookings will be honoured, subject to the above minimum length-of-stay requirements above.

This Big Dis-loyal Sale cannot be used with any other discounts or offers.
