Membership of Dis-loyalty entitles Members to access exclusive benefits, perks, promotions, discounts and other offers ("Perks"). The following Perks are subject to acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Membership ("Terms") available here.

If not defined here, all capitalised terms used are as set out in the Terms.

Please read the Terms carefully before you create an account or sign up to Dis-loyalty.

Hotels and Outlets participating in Dis-loyalty are known as the “Dis-loyalty Collective”.

The list of Hotels and Outlets participating in Dis-loyalty, as at 4th March, 2026, are set out in Annexures A and B. The participating Hotels and Outlets may change from time to time.

The Perks

Preferential prices at Hotels Members will receive a special Member Rate on their reservation at a Dis-loyalty Collective Hotel, being a discount on the Best Flexible Rate. The Member Rate only applies for a maximum of one (1) room per Member and provided that the Member also stays in the room for the full duration of the booking. The Member Rate applies to the room only and is not applied to any add-ons, taxes, destination fees or similar fees or charges (including fees or charges from third parties or competent authorities). To receive the Member Rate all Hotel bookings must be made at least than four (4) days before the Check -in date. The Member Rate is:

• a discount of 50% off the Best Flexible Rate in the first three (3) months from the opening date of a new Hotel and shall be limited to one stay per Member per Hotel;

• a discount of 20% off the Best Flexible Rate on the Member’s first stay at a Hotel;

• a discount of 10% off the Best Flexible Rate for any repeat visits at a Hotel; and

• for Rixos Hotels as set out in Annexure B.

Food and Beverage Perks Members have access to the following F&B Perks at the Dis-loyalty Collective Outlets.

• a discount of 10% on all food and drink when dining in at any Outlet for a party of up to six (6) people - for a party of more than six (6) people no discount will be applied. To avail the discount for a party of more than six (6) people and up to twelve (12) people, two (2) Members will need to be present;

• a discount of 10% on up to six (6) individual drinks or 1 bottle of wine or champagne or spirits per order at a bar or nightclub Outlet; and

• one (1) complimentary barista-made product - being hot coffee and tea, hot chocolate and all iced and over-ice drinks (including any milk alternatives where such alternatives can be used) per day per Member. The list of eligible drinks at each Hotel or Outlet may vary. The overall list of drinks may change from time to time and we will endeavour to update this list as and when products are added or removed. The Perk resets at midnight each day; and

• For Rixos Hotels as set out in Annexure B, additional Rixos Only Perks. Certain other discounts are available at Rixos Hotels as set out inA nnexure B.

The following conditions apply: 

• Any additional shots of syrup or extra coffee, or the addition of coffee to non-coffee based drinks, shall incur an additional fee;

• Dine-in only and subject always to seating availability at the Outlet;

• No takeaway or delivery substitutions;

• This offer can be included as part of a meal at any of the Outlets and in conjunction with the 10% discount available to Members under Dis-loyalty;

• Subject to availability, equipment, and staffing resources, and all of the usual and particular terms and conditions, rules or policies in any Outlet; and

• In the event that it has not been possible for any reason to redeem the one (1) complimentary barista beverage on a certain day the Perk for that day expires at midnight that night and does not roll over to any subsequent day;

Exclusive Drops We will announce exclusive opportunities and occasional benefits from time to time.
