Payment & Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-in/check-out unless otherwise stated.
You can amend or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours (local time) before arrival (except for Our Habitas Bacalar, Ras Abrouq, San Miguel de Allende and Caravan Agafay for which it is 48 hours, SLS Baha Mar and SO/ Maldives for which it is 72 hours, Our Habitas Atacama, Tulum, and Caravan AlUla and Dakhla by Our Habitas for which it is 7 days, and Our Habitas Namibia for which it is 21 days). Outside of these times or failing to arrive you will be charged for the first full night.
Cancellation periods vary by hotel and will be reflected on the hotel page and in the booking screen. All times are local. Cancelling after these periods, or failing to arrive, means you will be charged the full amount of your stay, unless otherwise stated. For SLS Playa Mujeres and SO/ Sotogrande, cancellations outside of this time, or failing to arrive, you will be charged for the first full night. For Rixos The Palm and Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, cancellations outside of this time, or failing to arrive, you will be charged for the first two nights.
