No. While we don’t like playing favourites, you will need to book through dis-loyalty.com or our app with our fully flexible rates in order to benefit from Dis-loyalty’s discount. You, therefore, cannot use it in conjunction with any other promotions found elsewhere, bookings made somewhere else, or in conjuction with other schemes in which our brands might be included.
Unfortunately not. Your membership is just for you and you'll need to show your valid Membership card when redeeming your benefits and be present for the full stay. But if someone else would like to become a member, send them our way to sign up.
Yes, you can purchase The Dis-loyalty Gift Card here, giving a year of our travel and food discounts so your friend or loved one can do more things, see more places, and live a more interesting life. As gifts go, it doesn't get better than that.
You need to be a member in order to unlock the Dis-loyalist benefits and book on dis-loyalty.com or our app at least 4 days in advance. Discounts cannot be applied to bookings made somewhere else and are based on the best flexible rate (room rate only) with no prepayment required.

All Dis-loyalty bookings are fully flexible with no pre-payment. Our lifestyle hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in (based on local time). Resort policies may vary, so it’s always worth double-checking. After this, you’ll be charged 1 night's stay.
You’ll get 20% off your first stay at any hotel in The Collective, and 10% off all repeat stays. For newly opened hotels, you can get 50% off once, valid within the first three months of the hotel’s opening. After that, the repeat stay discount of 10% applies.
You can book up to two rooms. Keep in mind that the Member must stay for the entire duration of your stay. The first room you book is eligible for the larger discount, and if your friends or family want to take advantage of similar savings, they can always sign up!
Just remember to confirm the outlet’s participation ahead, show your digital membership card when you arrive and also before you ask for the bill. While it doesn’t include takeaway, the mini bar, room service or meeting and event spaces, in our humble opinion a drink always tastes better when you’ve had to walk more than the 3 steps from your bed to the fridge.
All Dis-loyalty memberships are a 12-month commitment. You have 14 days to change your mind, after that you would need to pay the remainder of your membership no matter when you choose to cancel it. For subscriptions made through the App, cancellations requests must be done through the App Store (Apple/Google). Note that any future bookings will be automatically cancelled once your membership ends. Yes. Your membership renews automatically on an annual rolling basis — subject to our terms and conditions — but you will be informed 30 days in advance. With all the savings you'll have made, we’re sure you’ll want to stick around.
