While we don’t like playing favourites, you will need to book through dis-loyalty.com or our app with our fully flexible rates in order to benefit from Dis-loyalty’s perks. Dis-loyalty members get a sweet discount off the Best Flexible Rate. That’s the one you want. Just a heads-up: it’s not applicable on other rates or offers, but why would you want anything else when you’ve already got the best?

To cancel any bookings simply navigate to your Bookings section. All Dis-loyalty bookings are fully flexible with no pre-payments, we allow cancellations at least 24 hours ahead of check-in time (based on local time) with no charge (with the exception of certain resort properties, which only allow free cancellations at least 72 hours in advance). After this time, you’ll be charged 1 night's stay.
With all Dis-loyalty bookings, there is no pre-payment required. This is because our discounts are on the hotels’ Best Flexible Rates, to allow for maximum flexibility in case of any unforeseen changes. Terms & Conditions apply.

As an active member, you can book up to two rooms. Keep in mind that you’ll need to stay in both rooms for the entire duration of your stay. The first room you book is eligible for the larger discount, and if your friends or family want to take advantage of similar savings, they can always sign up!
Just remember to confirm the outlet’s participation ahead of booking, show your digital membership card when you arrive and also before you ask for the bill. While it doesn’t include the mini bar, room service or meeting and event spaces in, our humble opinion a drink always tastes better when you’ve had to walk more than the 3 steps from your bed to the fridge.
Our 10% off food and drink discount applies to the total bill for tables of up to 6 people per active membership — and no, you don’t have to be staying at our hotels to use it. The discount is available as many times as you'd like per day, any time of the day (as long as we're open!) and in all restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in The Dis-loyalty Collective. Just don't order your usual!

Being a Dis-loyalist is a one-year minimum so if you cancel later than 14 days after your membership starts or renews you would need to pay the remainder of your membership no matter when you choose to cancel it. Your membership renews automatically on an annual rolling basis — subject to our terms and conditions — but you will be informed 30 days in advance. With all the savings you'll have made, we’re sure you’ll want to stick around.
Yes, the Dis-loyalty app is available on the App Store and Android Store, currently for members only.
You are not able to sign-up through our App - however once you log-in, you will have access to your ID, account information, bookings, book stays and food & drink outlets and browse new destinations and flavours.
