1. INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS

This section contains the additional specific terms and conditions of each Dis-loyalty promotion and will be updated from time to time.

All of the above Terms will also apply fully to each promotion set out below :

a. Birthday Sale – up to one-year free Dis-loyalty Membership when using a code provided by an existing Member

Period of promotion 14th to 31st August 2024 only.

Any new Member (“New Member”) that utilises the unique single use code gifted by an existing Member (“Existing Member”) for up to 12 months free Membership (the “Free Period”) acknowledges and agrees that their Membership will terminate if the Existing Member ceases to be a Member during the Free Period. Membership for the New Member can be maintained with no breaks if the Existing Member agrees to pay the then price of Membership from the date the Existing Member terminates to the end of the Free Period. Existing Member is entitled not to continue Membership in which case any existing bookings for dates after the date their Membership is terminated will be cancelled.

Dis-loyalty shall have no liability or otherwise to the Existing Member or the New Member as a result of such cancellation.

At the end of the Free Period the Membership shall automatically renew at the then current price. Dis-loyalty shall notify the New Member ahead of such renewal.

b. Spring Sale 2025

Our spring sale runs from 19 February 2025 to 31 March 2025 inclusive (the “Sale Period”). Each eligible hotel will have different sale dates between 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025 inclusive (each an “Offer Period”). Please see our Website for more details.

Members can get 35% off the best flexible rate (the “Sale Rate”), for their stay at certain eligible hotels when booking within an Offer Period.

This sale is available exclusively to Members.

To benefit from this Sale Rate, Members must book their stay on the Dis-loyalty Website or the App. Bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance of the first night of any stay.

The Sale Rate is limited to a maximum of two rooms per Member per booking.

Any nights of a booking that are outside of an Offer Period will be charged at the relevant standard Member Rate.

Any amendments to a booking made after the close of the relevant Sale Period, will not be made at the Sale Rate. Any such amendments will be at the available Member Rate.

This sale cannot be used with any other discounts or offers.

c. The Hoxton Spring Sale 2025

Our spring sale runs from 14 April 2025 to 7 May 2025 inclusive (the “Sale Period”). Each eligible hotel has the same stay dates from 14 April 2025 to 11 May 2025 inclusive (each an “Offer Period”). Please see our Website for more details.

Members can get 35% off the best flexible rate (the “Sale Rate”), for their stay at certain eligible hotels when booking within an Offer Period.

This sale is available exclusively to Members.

To benefit from this Sale Rate, Members must book their stay on the Dis-loyalty Website or the App. Bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance of the first night of any stay.

The Sale Rate is limited to a maximum of two rooms per Member per booking.

Any nights of a booking that are outside of an Offer Period will be charged at the relevant standard Member Rate.

Any amendments to a booking made after the close of the relevant Sale Period, will not be made at the Sale Rate. Any such amendments will be at the available Member Rate.

This sale cannot be used with any other discounts or offers.

e. Summer Stays Sale 2025

Our Summer sale runs from 13 May 2025 to 11 June 2025 inclusive (the “Sale Period”). Each eligible hotel has the same stay dates from 27 June 2025 to 7 September 2025 inclusive (each an “Offer Period”). Please see our Website for more details.

Members can get 35% off the best flexible rate (the “Sale Rate”), for their stay at certain eligible hotels when booking within an Offer Period.

This sale is available exclusively to Members.

To benefit from this Sale Rate, Members must book their stay on the Dis-loyalty Website or the App. Bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance of the first night of any stay.

The Sale Rate is limited to a maximum of two rooms per Member per booking.

Any nights of a booking that are outside of an Offer Period will be charged at the relevant standard Member Rate.

f. The Big Dis-loyal Sale

Our Big Dis-loyal Stays sale (the “Big Dis-loyal Sale”) runs from 21 October 2025 to 3 December 2025 inclusive (the “Big Dis-loyal Sale Period”).

Each eligible hotel will have different stay dates available between 25 October 2025 and 31 March 2026 inclusive as follows:

• Stay dates available between 8 December 2025 and 14 March 2026:

o 25hours;

o Rixos;

o All Inclusive Collection;

o SO/;

o Mondrian;

o Hyde,

• Stay dates available between 24 October 2025 and 31 March 2026:

o Mama Shelter;

o Morgans Originals;

o 21c Museum Hotel,

• Stay dates for SLS and Our Habitas will vary by hotel (please see our Website or the App for hotel-specific details),

(each stay date, a “Big Dis-loyal Offer Period”).

This Big Dis-loyal Sale is available exclusively to Members.

Members can get up to forty percent (40%) off the Best Flexible Rate (the “Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate”) for their stay at eligible hotels when booking within the applicable Big Dis-loyal Offer Period. For All Inclusive Collection properties, the Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate will be thirty-five (35%), except SLS Playa Mujeres, which will remain at forty percent (40%) off the Best Flexible Rate.

Members must book their stay on the Website or the App.

Bookings must be made during the Big Dis-loyal Sale Period and at least four (4) days in advance of the first night of any stay.

Whilst the number of bookings that a Member can make during the Big Dis-loyal Sale Period is unlimited, the Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate is limited to a maximum of two (2) rooms per Member during the same stay dates.

Cancellation of a booking follows the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel.

Minimum length-of-stay requirements apply as follows:

• a two (2)-night minimum stay at all hotels during the Big Dis-loyal Offer period; and

• a four (4)-night minimum stay at all hotels where the Member’s booking commences between 29 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

Any part of a booking that is outside of the applicable Big Dis-loyal Offer Period will be charged at the relevant standard Member Rate.

Any amendments to a booking made after the close of the relevant Big Dis-loyal Sale Period will not be made at the Big Dis-loyal Sale Rate. Any such amendments will be at the available Member Rate.

Requests to shorten bookings will be honoured, subject to the above minimum length-of-stay requirements above.

This Big Dis-loyal Sale cannot be used with any other discounts or offers.
