This page sets out the Promotion Terms applicable to each Promotion made available to Members of Dis-loyalty from time to time. These Promotion Terms form part of, and are incorporated by reference, into the Terms. By participating in any Promotion listed below, you agree to be bound by the Terms and the Promotion Terms applicable to that Promotion.

Each Promotion listed on this page is separate, and the Promotion Terms for one Promotion do not apply to any other Promotion. Please read the Promotion Terms for the relevant Promotion carefully before participating.

1. The Sweet Spot Spring Sale

Our Sweet Spot Spring Sale (the “Spring Sale”) runs from 12 February 2026 to 19 February 2026 inclusive (the “Sale Period”).

Each eligible hotel will have certain stay dates available between 6 March 2026 and 25 May 2026 inclusive (each an “Offer Period”, as applicable). For further information concerning our hotels and the different available Offer Periods for each hotel, please see our Website or the App.

This Sale is available exclusively to Members.

During the Sale Period, Members can get the following discounts when booking within the applicable Offer Period:

• thirty percent (30%) off the Best Flexible Rate for stays at participating hotels under the following brands: 21c Museum Hotels; 25hours Hotels; Hyde; Mama Shelter; Mondrian; Our Habitas; Morgans Originals; Rixos; SLS; SO/; and

• thirty-five percent (35%) off the Best Flexible Rate for stays at the following hotels: Hyde Ibiza, Mondrian Ibiza, SLS Barcelona

(the “Sale Rate”).

The Sale Rate is subject to a two (2)-night minimum stay at all hotels during the Offer Period.

Members must book their stay on the Website or the App, where they will also find full details of the Sale Rate, and Offer Period for each of the hotels.

Bookings must be made during the Sale Period.

Whilst the number of bookings that a Member can make during the Sale Period is unlimited, the Sale Rate is limited to a maximum of two (2) rooms per Member during the same stay dates.

Cancellation of a booking made for the Offer Period is subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel.

Any part of a booking that is outside of the applicable Offer Period will be charged at the relevant standard Member Rate.

Amendments to bookings made after the close of the Sale Period, or amendments that extend stay dates beyond the Offer Period, will be charged at the standard Member Rate applicable at the time of amendment. Bookings may be shortened provided the minimum length-of-stay requirement is maintained.

This Spring Sale cannot be used with any other discounts or offers.
